The theme was pressure, the chefs had to make five dishes in 2 hours and it would result in a double elimination
Remaining Chefs: Mehta, Freitag, Garces, and Mullen
Eliminated: Greenspan, Smith, Farmerie, Crenn, Appleman, and Trevino
Next Episode: Chefs go to Japan and they will be judged by Iron Chef Masuharu Morimoto
